In Dayan, we explore the lives of people who work in one of the bussiest underground stations in the world,  People's square underground station in Shanghai. Most of them have left their villages, to come work in the capital, in pursue of a better future. They open up to us, about their bitter-sweet relationship with the Capital.

This short documentary was made as part of the 'International Documentary Workshop' which took place in Shanghai, China.
